Will You Lose Medicaid Health Insurance under Ohio's New Rules?
The State of Ohio is considering changing its requirements for adults on Medicaid health insurance. Ohio is still working on the specifics of the new rules, but it looks like Ohio will require adults to work (or do something in their community) to receive Medicaid unless an exemption applies. This requirement may start as early as 2021.

Legal Aid and other organizations fear that the new rules, including the work requirement, will cause people to lose Medicaid health insurance. If you are on Medicaid health insurance now, please complete this survey to help understand how the new rules may affect you. Please share your views to help consumer advocates understand how the new rules will affect people living in our state."
